  1. Relationships dont need "submission" ... they need COOPERATION (towards a common goal, i.e. the success of the family). Both will "submit" to that endeavour, which is why submission is a bad term american christians cite over and over from the Bible, because they are too stupid to think about the situation with an open mind.
