  1. The thing is built "everything new" ... and this includes a HUGE VOLUME and metal walls ... which will create a heating bill that is ASTRONOMICAL. Just find an old industrial hall with BRICK WALLS, which should make heating in winter a lot less of a problem. ALSO: HEAT "stacks" ... and the REALLY HIGH halls will have all the warm air at the very top and down at the ground there will be cold / NEED for the space heater.

  4. Sadly ... he is a bit of a communist ... when you look at the interior of his pub ... all "modern and plastic" ... when a pub should be "old and wooden". "Destroying the past/culture" is not something I would have expected from him ...
