  1. The easiest way to modify Oliver and give him a bit more OOMPH ... would be to use the engine to just generate power and use four electric motors to move the car. Old cars like that dont have the strength of chassis to be able to take heavy motors ... but fitting some "lightweight" (how light is a question of the amount of power the engine can provide) electric motors should make them relatively easy to fix on the available frame without having to add a lot of strengthening beams.
