I get YT ads for a new electric car that "automatically recognises a person crossing the road" ... because the driver - a WOMAN - didnt pay attention and rather looks to the side ... and the person crossing the road - another WOMAN - didnt either. They basically "explain" why women shouldnt be allowed to drive a car ... and that makes it even worse for a plane.

  2. In such a company culture there could also be a culture of "you men, shut up and let the girls fly" ... which made the captain hesitant to "take action". He probably kept "advising her" to flare ... but she didnt react well to "being told what to do" (little children purposefully do the opposite of what they are told to do).

  3. I dont think the crosswinds are that big of an issue, because in the video you see zero "snow being blown across the landscape", so it cant have been that much. The "no flare" is blindingly obvious", so looking into the number of flight hours of whoever was piloting is going to be an important clue.
