Answer: Because you guys are too stupid and lazy to realize that "not wasting resources" will make you less dependant upon them ... - start building cars that dont waste fuel because their engines are actually using the fuel efficiently AND the cars arent oversized monsters ... for one person. - start building houses out of sensible materials instead of wood ... and then NOT use air conditioning to heat them, because using power is very inefficient compared to using the fuel burned in the power plant directly.
