Over here in Germany everyone with a job has health insurance ... in the UK they have the NHS ... in the USA? Nah. "Being poor" is often enough combined with BEING STUPID and MAKING POOR DECISIONS ... but that is not the fault of "the condition" ... it has "led to the condition of being poor". Being stupid can also be the case for richer people thogh ... going on a Spring Break vacation and "mingling in tightly packed crowds" is something which students/middle class are doing. So "BEING STUPID" is the condition which puts you at a greater risk ... poverty not so much.
