  1.  @Titan.TheWolf  Finland has "everyday normal people" driving in rallye races ... with a special provision: you have to sell your car for a very low fixed amount ... if someone asks you to, so nobody is adding lots of extras to it and it is all "equal cars" with the skill of the driver becoming the important factor.

  2. 0:50 They could make cars that survive jumps like that (and longer) for many decades, but sadly it is pretty much clear from the footage that the makers of Knight Rider never bothered with actually making a car that can drive away after one of their stunt jumps. They clearly had to rebuild the car internally / get a new car after each of them. Such a shame and a destruction of childhood dreams once you understand it.

  3. I am wondering why there are no drone shots in this ... because that's a way to get new points of view you cant get normally. Maybe they are not allowed near the tracks for safety reasons?
