ELO, Tears for Fears, Deep Purple? Who is compiling this list? Some stupid teenager? OBVIOUSLY you have to look at bands AT THE TIME THEY WERE ACTIVE. The Kinks were successful - just less so compared to the Beatles - and that is enough to make them underrated? TERRIBLE LIST!
