  1. They MIGHT get a 10 ... after 10 years of marriage and 2+ good kids. "Inner beauty" and so on ... which you only get to see after a) the 7th year and b) HARDSHIP. Also: there is a saying in german: "Eigenlob stinkt" (self-praise stinks) ... which should be applied for all the "I'm a 10" chicks with no self-awareness.
