Running away wont help ... just remember to get AUDIO- and VIDEO-RECORDING DEVICES (other than a phone) for them when they grow up to start dating ... because RECORDING EVERYTHING (and keeping it archived) is a MUST DO these days. Just be aware of recording laws in your state/country too!

We dont have that sh.t here in Germany ... and neither do we have your RIDICULOUS drinking age ... and we dont have your problems with EXCESS ... that is created by your PURITAN "REQUIREMENTS". When you make something "bad" it becomes cool to do it to break the rules, NOT CARING will reduce that cool factor significantly. tl;dr You havent learned anything ... because you dont seem to be able to call "an a-hole" an a-hole ... because of your restrictions.
