I heard the suggestion of picking Harris for the SCOTUS job ... which would get rid of her to get a "more favorable candidate" as VP ... for 2024. SCARY thought having her on SCOTUS ... after already ignoring THE LAW in Commiefornia.

@fartingrudygiuliani136 He didnt do that because of her skin colour you dolt. He used QUALIFICATION ... but Biden said THE ONLY CRITERIA are race and gender! That is the difference.

He didnt "hire" her, he appointed her ... and he used QUALIFICATION and not race as a deciding factor. YOU are the racist here ...

We can only hope he talks about "black" and "woman" more and more ... and while announcing the candidate. That would give plenty of evidence to bring up in court.
