  2. The USA is NOT "the greatest country in the world" ... STOP DELUDING YOURSELF! There is a brilliant clip from "the Newsroom" which explains this ... or rather asks WHY the USA would be "the greatest country in the world", when it is only top in really awful categories: military spending, incarceration (per capita) and "believing in ghosts".
