The problem with "US intelligence agencies" is that they HIDE BEHIND LEGAL TECHNICALITIES ... as shown by the reason why the prison in GUANTANAMO BAY is such a problem: It is NOT on "US soil" and thus the prisoners can be DENIED LEGAL RIGHTS which they would have if they were inside the USA! Basically they are using the LETTER OF THE LAW to defeat the SPIRIT OF THE LAW!
