  2. NO ONE SHOULD EVER HAVE SUCH A TECHNOLOGY ... EVER ... and "we will only use it against terrorists" is a BAD JUSTIFICATION just like "for the greater good" is ... but since "national security" is a BLANK CHEQUE to get anything from BRAINDEAD US VOTERS AND POLITICIANS ... the only solution is to NOT HAVE A SMARTPHONE!
