As a german who was grown up in the 90s I can still remember that the entire russian military capability was ROTTING ... they left tons of contaminated barracks and training grounds, there were dozens of russian submarines they couldnt afford to keep up anymore and were scrapping and so on. Russia's military budget is 10% of that of the USA ... and with those conditions THEY ARE NOT A MILITARY THREAT! The entire claim is RIDICULOUS and americans who believe this nonsense are SCARY, because it shows a lack of "knowledge of global reality", which is scary after the "Iraq has WMDs LIE and WAR".
