I have a problem with "expected" ... but the problem is the reason why they left. Personally I would never join a school as a teacher if there was any teacher's union having influence there.

You are SLIGHTLY incorrect, because the teaching system is controlled by COMMUNISTS ... because feminism, BLM and "rainbows" are all child-ideologies of communism. Just replace the McGuffins and you can hear the same rhetoric in all of these ideologies. Yuri Bezmenov talked about it and gave the clues in the 80s: "social justice" and "equity" ...

There are LOADS of videos where people ask "grown up kids" (18-20) questions like "when was the war of 1812" ... and no one answers "1812" ... or "what is president Obama's last name". Of course those are just "the tip of the iceberg", but it doesnt seem too hard coming up with idiots who seem to have learned NOTHING!

Wrong and wrong ... privatisation will NOT SOLVE THE ISSUE ... because "Google Schools" will be even worse! You also are STUPID if you think "the system" is broken ... when it is THE PEOPLE IN THE SYSTEM, i.e. the indoctrinated teachers, that are the problem.

The problem isnt the pay ... the problem is that these "professionals" are INDOCTRINATED IN UNIVERSITY into REBRANDED COMMUNISM. The ratio of (D):(R) for "social science teaching staff" in US universities has been 20:1 OR WORSE for many MANY years.

@jasonbarnett7747 Just stop it ... and look at some videos which PROVE that your "qualified teachers" are INCOMPETENT ... when 18-20 year olds cant answer TRIVIAL questions like "what is president Obama's last name" or "when was the war of 1812". Oh and let's not forget the Antifa teacher revealed by Project Veritas a couple of months ago, who didnt have "teaching" on top of his mind ... but rather "turning the kids into activists".
