At the least "taking off her mask" to identify her after she started swinging ... the problem with "responding with FORCE" is the OPTICS and the NYT, CNN & Co. would have had a field day showing the "brutal white supremacist jackboot security" of Larry Elder ... if they had overreacted (like I would have done).

  2.  @peachBloom  Text notification makes sense ... to see if someone else voted for you ... but giving them your phone number is bad. It is a sharp double-edged sword ... and people should maybe get a second phone with just a prepaid number for such things.
