  1. 3:10 "There is no way to counteract storm surges" WRONG WRONG WRONG ... the people on the german islands in the North Sea have "built accordingly" ... and all their farms are ON MAN-MADE HILLS on those islands. Obviously that wont work for "beach front properties that want to be on sand" ... because all those hills need to be held together by gras/vegetation to stop being eroded by the water.
