  1. He doesnt REALLY "tell the truth", because the USA is RESPONSIBLE for DESTABILISING UKRAINE in the first place ... with $5 billion during the Obama administration. Sending money to a country run by corrupt oligarchs doesnt make sense ... EXCEPT AS POLITICAL BRIBES! The protesters on Maidan in 2014 GOT PAID btw. ... as were the (far fewer) counter-protesters elsewhere in Kiew.

  2. 0:20 WRONG ... this crisis is "in part of Joe's making", because he was part of the OBAMA ADMINISTRATION ... which was RESPONSIBLE FOR DESTABILISING UKRAINE IN THE FIRST PLACE! They sent "$5 BILLION for democratisation" ... which means - translated - $5 billion in POLITICAL BRIBES to CORRUPT OLIGARCHS ... and later on to "Hunter"!
