It was the OBAMA administration which destabilised Ukraine, when they sent $5 BILLION "for democratisation" to Ukraine, which is exactly the sort of thing they accused Russia of with the "Russia collusion" garbage ... except the Democrats did it ... Russia/Trump didnt. I think there was a clip on YT where Ms. "ffff the EU" Nuland talks about those $5 billion to Ukraine, in any case: it should be in your budget reports.

  9. The problem is that NATO did NOT change with the time ... and still is in "anti-Russia mode" ... instead of TRYING TO BECOME FRIENDS WITH THEM ... to FINALLY GET PEACEFUL STATUS and TRUST. This promise has already been broken.
