  1. Of course they "can" pay for it ... it is called COMMUNISM ... and results in THE STATE OWNING THE MEANS OF PRODUCTION, i.e. taking EVERYTHING away from EVERYONE ... and then installing the ARISTOCRACY of the "more equal animals". And yes ... Nancy Pelosi IS behind this communism.
