I wonder if he mentions that the US military spent a month or so "bombing the c.r.a.p. out of MOUNTAINS" in Afghanistan (a starting present for the munitions resuppliers) in his book, which they should have known would not work from the "island hopping in the Pacific" during WWII, where the japanese defended easily in caves ... so it had to be done by boots on the ground in dangerous assaults. Even listening to him today you can "smell" the SOFT LANGUAGE towards a clearly incompetent president.
