  5. He is HOPING the jury will fully acquit Kyle ... which would be the the best outcome by far and would have the lowest chance of rioting ... if the jury "ignores" his instructions - as to the "Kyle having the gun was NOT illegal" (because the law has EXCEPTIONS) - he can overrule them though.

He sadly doesnt have a clue about digital images/video ... because they should ONLY be allowed to be presented in their NATIVE RESOLUTION, because - as the prosecutor constantly wants him to do - "the 4K TV MANIPULATES THE IMAGES by ADDING PIXELS" ... which is why the 4K TV should NOT be allowed to show images. NATIVE RESOLUTION is the only way to present that kind of evidence! Analog photography / film does have its advantages over digital ... because you do NOT manipulate the original by simply projecting it on a bigger screen.

  20. Sorry ... but the judge is WRONG about "the better picture" ... because "CSI MOVIE MAGIC" DOES NOT EXIST and there are ARTIFACS CREATED BY MANIPULATING THE IMAGES. They made SEVERAL mistakes in that regard during the trial and they admitted "evidence" that shouldnt have been admitted. Yesterday they argued for hours about enhanced images from a drone video that showed Kyle A HUNDRED METERS AWAY ... SEVERAL BLOBS OF COLOUR ... and the prosecutor argued that it shows Kyle threatening people with the gun ... which apparently then "negates" his right to self-defense or rather JUSTIFIES "people attacking Kyle".

  21.  @jmerced  He got "special treatment" last year ... because they did not take his phone for evidence gathering (even though they already had the paperwork for it) and they did not record his police interview on video like they did with everyone else.

  22. Not entirely true, because he admitted a picture as evidence that should not have been admitted because it was ZOOMED IN AND THUS ARTIFICIALLY ALTERED. The prosecutor kept saying to "look at it on the 4K TV" ... ignoring / not knowing that THIS TV ADDS INFORMATION WHEN IT HAS SPARE PIXELS TO FILL.
