  1. "Sueing Twitter" would be counterproductive ... "Twitter sueing former employees for disregarding / BREAKING actual Twitter rules, thus lowering the value of the platform" would be possible. The most important part to sue is the FBI, CIA and so on for disregarding the Constitution.
