  1. The problem is PEOPLE MAKING DECISIONS BASED UPON EMOTIONS ... instead of common sense and logic. They are still at the TODDLER level of development ... because their parents didnt teach them SELF-CONTROL to override emotions.

  3. a) You dont shoot "in" the ground or the air ... b) If you think police are expert marksmen you are quite naive. They dont get enough funding OR TIME to go to the range regularly ... and shoot maybe once a month, which isnt nearly enough for "decent" aim.

  5.  @love2lovelove2love6  You dont just need "the gun", you also need to have "the medicine" and use the correct amount of it. This requires the presence of a doctor (which every zoo should have in residence), which might take too much time. After all "putting the arm into the enclosure" can be reversed in a few seconds ... so it must have been a decision that only had this short amount of time available.
