  3. - Ukraine is run by corrupt oligarchs. - the USA sent at least $5 billion to Ukraine before all the trouble started in 2014. - Hunter was paid by a company run by a corrupt oligarch ... and thus it seems likely that his salary came out of the billions sent to Ukraine ... thus "Biden's son was paid by US money", which is illegal IIRC ... because it is more or less direct corruption.
