  1. Dear Joe Manchin, the reason for this program is ... SOCIALISM ... which is basically PROMISES OF FREE STUFF (health care, housing, pensions, unemployment benefits, ...) SO PEOPLE VOTE FOR THE POLITICIAN MAKING THE PROMISES ... but as usual NO COUNTRY CAN AFFORD IT [except Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain ... but only for their tiny population, not for the slaves working for them].
