Unfortunately defamation is one of the hardest types of lawsuits to pursue and win ... because the First Amendment makes THE DETAILS rather important and "opinions" are always protected. You need "statements of fact" to go after them ... like "Kyle is a member of the Proud Boys" ... which can be PROVEN or DISPROVEN.
