(all = the VAST majority) ... so FIX THAT and get them all fired/replaced, just look at the education sector and then think about why the communist infiltration would only go for education. The way to fix it is the same way which the people of the Warsaw Pact used in 1989 to get rid of their communist regimes ... PERSISTENT ... PEACEFUL ... MASS PROTEST! Start ORGANISING YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY ... because you need to do it in numbers larger than the police can handle.
