  2. You WONT "know where they are" ... that didnt work out in Columbia either and the production facilities could be "anywhere" ... in fact it would probably make sense to have them in a city if you start bombing them.

  3. The solution is not attacking the supply with weapons ... but rather solving the demand. Fentanyl is used safely in hospitals every day, BUT since the stuff is VERY VERY DILUTED due to its effectiveness ... it is easy to GET THINGS WRONG when you are a "STREET VENDOR" MAKING THE STUFF and thus create easy overdoses. If you only need 1% of Fentanyl in 99% of "filler", it is easy to get it slightly wrong and end up with an overdosis.
