  1. I think you missed a really important part of "how to get a millionaire": APPRECIATE HIM / STFU / BE SUPPORTIVE! Apart from that there is an old movie with Marilyn Monroe and two other bombshells called "How to marry millionaire". Far cheaper than a dating coach.
