  1. If you are incapable of managing diversity you are ill prepared for adapting to new things, because you are wearing blinkers in your view of the world from only one perspective. "No diversity" is basically a limited "we are superior and everyone else is inferior" view which the Nazis had. You are partly correct in that assumption that multiculturalism destroys a nation, but diversity does not. There are many diverse regions in every country and they CAN work together to form a nation.

  2. Having a "diverse army" isnt the tough bit, but you WILL HAVE a diverse population in any country bigger than Luxemburg or Liechtenstein and you HAVE TO deal with such diversity and accept it. Trying to "educate them" into one set of ideals is stupid and causes a lot of wasted effort. The Jews in germany were a very cultured bunch and offered a lot to the country, but Hitler had his stupid ideas about "one race to rule them all" which was completely stupid and consequently tried to kill them.
