  3. You cant simply "jail" them (which would be the dictator way) ... with the RULE OF LAW you have to CHARGE and SENTENCE them first. The problem is that far too many JUDGES and DAs are PARTISAN POLITICAL HACKS ... because they are ELECTED, which makes those jobs automatically POLITICAL! You need to CHANGE YOUR STUPID SYSTEM to get politics out of the justice system ... and while you're at it ... STOP ELECTING SHERIFFS as well. Promote all of these BASED UPON QUALIFICATION ... which needs to include STRICT ADHERENCE TO THE LAW and NO PARTISAN POLITICAL INTERPRETATION! This is the MINIMUM PREPARATION necessary for actually sentencing SEDITIOUS political hacks!
