  3. The Soviet-Union might not have existed for ~35 years, but the CIA and NATO and NSA and FBI and military-industrial-complex still do ... and they havent stopped waging the Cold War! As "activists" these three-letter-agencies will never declare themselves to be "done" and they will do "a lot of dirty stuff" to keep their funding.
