  2. Dear americans, just like the "Department of Education" ... it is never "the agency" but rather "the unelected and never challenged bureaucrats" that are the problem. Stop "throwing the baby out with the bath water" and instead punish the misbehaving / corrupt / partisan bureaucrats and set an example for the next ones. And then install "quality control measures" [D.O.G.E. is a good start, but prevent that agency from being corrupted by hirings in the future.]
