Dear americans, YOU started the problem in Ukraine ... when OBAMA regime-changed that country [sending $5 billion there to pay for the Maidan revolution in 2014 (the protesters got paid)] ... completely disregarding the BUDAPEST MEMORANDUM, where you had agreed to "guarantee the independence of Ukraine" ... which includes "from YOU". [Check the money trail ... Hunter Biden's wages might have come out of those $5 billion.]
