  1. I have an old VW Passat ... great and SIMPLE car! If I were to ever buy a new one there would be a test drive to check the gearbox ratios, because we also have a newer VW Golf with an absolutely terrible gearbox that can be driven in 5th gear at 60km/h ... which means it gets REALLY LOUD on the Autobahn at ~100-130. Since there are no dealers for a test drive ...
