"There is more variability within groups" ... and the "chief diversity officer" of Apple (a black woman) got fired[1] for saying that "12 blonde, blue eyed, hetero and white men can be diverse" ... [1] She wasnt actually fired but is quitting ... but that is the same thing. They probably mobbed her out of the job.
