Dont just "fire the teachers" ... fire the idiots who taught them, i.e. the "professors" at universities ... who will most likely also be talking about CRT.

Maybe their pay should be adjusted by "success rate of students", so if only 2% are proficient in math the math teachers only get 2% of their salary. That would be an incentive to DO BETTER! The same should apply to voting for politicians ... if only 40% of the eligible people vote ... you only fill 40% of the seats in the senate.

There have been statistics about university teaching staff and the ratio of (D) to (R) among social sciences (which are largely going to go into bureaucracy ... which includes teaching) was 20 : 1 for at least a decade. This explains CRT and is explained by Yuri Bezmenov and "the long march through the institutions". Obviously there are teaching staff at universities who are "teaching a new kind of thinking" - like the "bikelock basher of Berkeley" who had a job at teaching ETHICS - which then probably results in bad teachers.

They are doing a TERRIBLE job at "sustainability of SMALL business" with their too lenient/wrong policy on the homeless and the "you can steal $950 without any serious repercussions" one. You need JOBS to keep people from becoming criminals or "permanent welfare dead weight".

... and what if there are no good choices in an acceptable distance to you? "School choice" is the solution of the IDIOT who only thinks five minutes ahead. FIX THE DAMN SYSTEM ... but that takes effort and you dont want to do that, eh?
