Actually ... leadership does NOT change that much ... because the BUREAUCRATS dont change and elected politicians rely upon reports from the unelected bureaucrats. This is the reason why there is such a thing called "Deep State" and the perfect example is "Operation Ajax" from 1953 in Iran, where the CIA had to LIE to two presidents before being allowed to do it.

@matthewstein1280 Uniparty = only one point of view ... this is the case for any autocratic dictatorship and it is BAD. The thing that is needed is "commonly held VALUES", i.e. how to deal with other countries ... do you "meddle" by pretending to care for the people OR do you "stay out" and let others make their own decisions? This needs to apply to the giving of aid (in the case of famine or natural desasters) too! I specifically say "pretending to care" ... because to really care help should be given indefinetely until it isnt needed anymore. An obvious example would be "bringing peace to Afghanistan" ... which will never happen until the Taliban (who come from neighboring Pakistan) have been finally dealt with ... but that cant happen until "Islam" has been dealt with, because they come from a very very radical religious province in Pakistan. The chain is possibly limitless and thus "not meddling" is much easier [kinda like social media platforms not even trying to police speech on their platforms].
