There are NO obligations ... this whole mess started because "you" (the CIA) started meddling! Just think about the consequences of "the original sin" in that whole region ... OPERATION AJAX which turned Iran from a democracy into a dictatorship in 1953 ... which was then replaced by an islamic state and three wars followed. Just get out of everyone else's countries!

The USA needs to start accepting their guilt and the blame ... AND they need to start APOLOGISING to the people who's lives they have affected negatively by meddling in their countries. The first country to apologise to should be IRAN ... (just apologise to the PEOPLE of Iran, not the government) ... which the CIA turned into a dictatorship in 1953 ... which oppressed its people so much that they turned to islamic fanatics ... which then caused three wars and several millions of deaths.

Liberals are the fools who do NOT defend anything ... because they open everything up due to their "liberalness". This enables the extremists on both left (currently in power ... because they are the ones who have filled the ranks of the BUREAUCRATS) and right.

@KufLMAO The problem isnt the parties ... but rather the "bureaucracy" of UNELECTED (and thus unchanged) people. You can see this with Obama's promise to close Guantanamo Bay prison ... which he never did and instead he closed the bureau tasked with closing that prison ... and Trump's idea of "why are we defending other countries for free?" which are now changed into "let's still meddle a bit". SOMEONE influenced those two presidents to CHANGE THEIR MINDS ... and that is THE DEEP STATE! The Deep State is the real problem, the real evil guy. Oh and another example from 1953: Operation Ajax in Iran was only possible after the election of Eisenhower ... because the CIA asked Truman and he said NO to the lies coming from the CIA as justification (because Truman knew the world much better than Eisenhower).

@fblio7146 Syria WAS NOT YOURS ... it "belonged" to RUSSIA ... they have a NAVAL BASE there ... which is why Hillary and the CIA wanted to destabilise this country (and Ukraine, which had a naval base too).
