In 2019 there was an article in a german newspaper, written by a "professor of language" from a german university, about "how to deal with the right-wingers" ... and his solution was to use VERBAL TRICKERY to "win the argument" ... With NO WORD did he write about HAVING BETTER ARGUMENTS ... just "parlor tricks" to VISIBLY WIN THE ARGUMENT instead of refuting the arguments those "evil people" bring. Censorship and verbal trickery (often enough REDEFINING WORDS[1]) are the tools of dictators/authoritarian regimes. [1] Example: the british government had PROMISED to release a "grooming gang report" in january 2021, but this was delayed due to the fact that they had to have some "scientific" papers written which REDEFINE WHAT "A GANG" is, just to win the argument. Example 2: a secretary from the Conservative Party in Britain once CHANGED AN ENTRY FOR A RENAISSANCE PAINTER (Titian ???) just so his party leader could win an argument.
