  1. Not really surprising if they a) werent allowed to test the new "patients" and thus b) did not have the full information and c) were underequipped with protective gear anyways. I dont think "nursing homes" are prepared to isolate infectious patients from the rest of their patients.

Sorry ... the devil got here first ... through feminism and other [rebranded] forms of communism ... because liberals never do anything to "protect what they have" and always say "yes" to laws containing "freedom" and "right" in the title; the actual text of the law can be as bad as it could be ... because no one actually reads it.
