The point of THOUGHT-TERMINATING CLICHÉs like fascist, sexist, racist, ... is to a) indoctrinate and condition those who "listen and BELIEVE" and to b) "other/outcast" the political enemy. Calling someone a fascist hasnt been truthful ever since the anti-fascists (=communists) of the GDR called "everyone in the West" fascist ... because being an "anti-fascist" is no fun without any fascists around AND the ideology needs a political enemy. Feminists, BLM, LGBTQ+, ... all use the same way of argumentation and indoctrination.

Communism is a RELIGION and you can not break someone out by bombarding them with facts (doesnt work on christians or muslims either), so the only way is to make them DO IT THEMSELVES ... by "asking a question" and then LEAVING without giving an answer. Examples (for the gender pay gap): - Why - if women are 23% cheaper to employ for THE SAME WORK - are there unemployed women? No company could pass up such a large advantage. - The claim of the gender PAY gap is made all over the western world, so it involves hundreds of thousands of companies and bureaucracies. Women also work in the wages departments and yet there is ZERO WHISTLEBLOWER holding up the paper which says "women only get 77% of the wage a man gets". Why? [You need to be able to make the distinction between the PAY gap (the hourly wage) and the EARNINGS gap (the monthly pay), which exists due to men usually working tougher shifts and overtime and so on ... AND the PARLOR TRICKS of bringing up the "average hourly pay" for "all women" vs. "all men" ... which makes a comparison between JOB CHOICES.] There are smart questions - LOGIC FLAWS - to be asked about everything ... like the amount of blacks killed by cops in a year being smaller than the amount of dead people as a consequence of the riots ... or just on a weekend in Chicago. The point is to GO AWAY after asking the question ... because "an idea is the most persistent virus" (Inception).

You better make sure it isnt! So get off your comfy chair and get active ... because sooner or later they WILL come for wherever you live. You also NEED to help others get rid of their bad schools ... because otherwise this whole experiment of "the Enlightenment" (i.e. LOGIC and REASONING organising our societies) will be replaced by RELIGION again ... and I do not mean Christianity or even Islam.

@garymayo2962 This is older than the ideologies you mentioned, because it is about EMOTIONAL IDEOLOGIES ... a.k.a. RELIGIONS ... which made it impossible in medieval times to "criticise the catholic church"; the countries were led by Kings declared such "by the grace of god"[1] ... and even the Pope "got involved" into politics. Then came Martin Luther and Galileo Galilei ... and the ENLIGHTENMENT slowly trickled in, allowing for LOGIC and REASONING to take over from emotion to "explain and organise the world". Sadly history runs in trend and counter-trend, so with the French Revolution and Karl Marx we got back on the EMOTION-BASED-IDEOLOGIES bandwagon ... which is now going at full steam. Most of it is basically a rebranded version of communism ... with an identical ideological structure and just the key words replaced. Communism Feminism is the struggle of the proletariat women against the bourgeoisie patriarchy of the ruling/owning class [straight, white] men. - they are ALL based upon an EMOTIONAL "we have been mistreated" argument - they ALL use THOUGHT-TERMINATING CLICHÉs to "indoctrinate and condition" those who "listen and BELIEVE" and to "other/outcast" the political enemy - they never really stay for an argument and NEED to destroy the past / definitions of words to make their claims be true [1] Absolute Monarchs didnt like people criticising them either and had similar punishment for them as later regimes.

You need to understand that Christianity is a RELIGION ... and thus based upon AN EMOTIONAL ARGUMENT ("god exists and created the universe in 7 days") ... which is also the case for COMMUNISM, which is the basis for all the current ideologies of Feminism, BLM, LGBTQ+, ... you simply swap the keywords and have your "new" ideology: Communism Feminism is the struggle of the proletariat women against the bourgeoisie patriarchy of the ruling/owning class [straight, white] men.

Racist is a THOUGHT-TERMINATING CLICHÉ just like fascist, sexist, homophobe, ... and is NOT used to "convey accurate information" anymore, but rather to a) INDOCTRINATE and CONDITION those who "listen and BELIEVE" ... and to b) "other/outcast" those targeted. This is easily proven by simply looking at the GDR post-WWII ... the leaders proclaimed the nation to be "anti-fascist", so all the fascists would have to be in West Germany ... and even the [Berlin] Wall was called the "anti-fascist protection wall". Words like sexist and racist follow the same strategy, because all those ideologies are nothing other than REBRANDED COMMUNISM.

Replace "woke" with "communism" please ... and you will be closer to the truth. Dear Dave doesnt want to do it OR he fails to see it ... which is why he needs to be criticised. More people would take notice if people started to talk about COMMUNISTS instead of "woke" ... which is just a CUTE word.
