  1. You CANT ... the only way is to PUSH THEM OUT OF POSITIONS OF POWER ... i.e. the ENTIRE BUREAUCRACY! The way to do it? MASS PROTEST ... like in the GDR and other Warsaw Pact countries in 1989! Be 100.000 people in the streets EVERY WEEK ... and SAY NO TO THE GOVERNMENT, but dont protest on weekends ... because that is when the bureaucrats are not in their offices. No one will notice you then!

  2. A pill wont work ... and you need to UNDERSTAND THE PROBLEM: the ideologies you are facing are basically REBRANDED COMMUNISM ... and thus BASED UPON EMOTIONAL CLAIMS! Emotion is the OPPOSITE of logic and reasoning ... which are the basis of free western society ... and this is the reason why YOU CAN NOT ARGUE WITH THEM! The ENEMY is EMOTIONAL JUDGEMENT ... and this is what you need to call out! Just look at the Chauvin trial for example, where the juror who spoke out made his emotional judgement quite clear ... when he should have been judging "according to the law", i.e. by logic and reasoning.
