For many people changing trade is "too late" AND industrialization & globalization is the reason behind the european refugee crisis and most of the mexicans/middle-south americans trying to get into the USA. Global population skyrockets while productivity increases ... which leaves more and more people without a job. Just stating "switch trades" is narrow minded and the problem WILL INCREASE. This is one of the two major problems facing humanity globally ... (climate change is the other) ... and we NEED to solve it or our nations will be swamped by economic migrants. The USA might have the space to take more people, but here in germany we are already 230 people per square kilometer ... which is far too much [its not "Israel level" yet, but there isnt any large bit of "untouched" nature left].
