  1. Title IX is a departure from "rule of law" ... thanks OBAMA! But then again the USA departed from that concept already with George W. Bush and his "creative interpretation" which allowed for prisoners in Guantanamo to be held indefinetely without being charged [and while being tortured]. Might makes right. In cases like this I really come to appreciate Babylon 5, because it has one of the best quotes ever: "You're using the letter of the law to defeat the spirit of the law!"
