  1. Dear LH, the corruption did not begin with "the DEI cult" (which is far too big to be a cult, thus it is a fully blown religion spanning many countries). Just watch "An Honorable Gentleman" with Eddie Murphy ... to learn that "people knew how corruption worked" decades ago, even though the USAID is a pretty new explosion of corruption. [Reminder: the DoD failed every single one of its audits so far]
