The USA had SIGNED A TREATY "guaranteeing independence of Ukraine" ... which was meant as SECURITY GUARANTEE FOR RUSSIA ... but then Obama (and maybe even Bush before) started SENDING MONEY ... to a country run by corrupt oligarchs ... which means POLITICAL BRIBES. It is the USA who are the SCHOOLYARD BULLY ... "constantly pushing Russia into the corner" ... and now Russia started throwing punches. WHO STARTED THIS ESCALATION? Not Russia! Oh and the USA had also PROMISED "NATO will not expand eastward" in return for russian troop withdrawal from Germany and permission for reunification. Russia held up its end of the bargain ... the West did not.
