25 years ago Chris Rock made his hilarious "public service video" about "How not to get beaten up by the police" ... and it seems that "gang culture" and "always antagonising the police/government" has gotten worse ... but eventually people will have to face the music and will get punished for it. Not accepting the first deal was STUPID, because it would have been zero consequences ... except for "being forced to behave". Apparently "behaving" is too much to ask for a certain part of society.

@robrobinson8597 Her head IS empty ... because she didnt take the first deal, which would have had no consequences for her ... other than "having to behave". Apparently that is too much to ask for a clear CRIME.
